1. Comprehensive advisory services throughout the funding application process for the implementation of three R&D projects:

• "Innovative Hyperspectral Earth Observation System (HyperCam) with Enhanced Spectral Resolution Enabling Automated On-Orbit Processing and Selection of Satellite Data Based on New Satellite Image Segmentation and Classification Algorithms Using Deep Convolutional Networks" under the POIR Fast Track programme, with total costs of PLN 19,287,752.45 and funding granted of PLN 13,926,303.05.

• "Intelligent On-Board Computer for Nano- and Microsatellites with Enhanced Reliability and Increased Computing Power, Allowing for On-Orbit Satellite Self-Diagnostics Using Machine Learning Algorithms for Anomaly Detection in Telemetry Data" under the POIR Fast Track programme, with total costs of PLN 9,594,147.88 and funding granted of PLN 6,648,784.36.

• "Computing Unit with Reduced Operating Temperature Amplitudes, Increased Reliability and Computing Power, Used for Processing Multidimensional and Multisensor Data in Earth Orbit for Application in Micro and Small Satellites (Lion DPU)" under the POIR Fast Track programme, with total costs of PLN 6,199,717.69 and funding granted of PLN 4,305,384.11.

2. Conducting training preparation for the interview with the expert panel.

Based on the client's business and technological assumptions, a team of consultants prepared complete application files for two research and development projects. Based on the prepared applications, KP Labs was awarded grants for the implementation of both projects. In our cooperation with KP Labs, we have recorded 100% success in obtaining EU funds, and one of them obtained the highest score in the competition, with 27/28 points.
