LERG is Poland's largest producer and exporter of synthetic resins used in various branches of industry and one of the largest chemical companies in Poland.
The client's business and technological assumptions were reflected in the application documentation, which consisted of a very extensive application containing elements such as an analysis of technological advantages along with an R&D work plan, innovation analysis, market analysis, profitability analysis, human and technical potential analysis, and budget. Based on the prepared documentation, LERG SA received a decision to award the full requested grant amount. The project was completed successfully, fully settled, and the final report was accepted by NCBR.
The application prepared together with innology received the maximum score in the competition and ranked 1st on the ranking list. As a result, we signed a funding agreement for the implementation of an R&D project entitled: 'Development of an Innovative Group of Polyester Polyols with Enhanced Fire Resistance Resulting from an Increased Content of Terephthalic Structures Derived from Recycled Poly(ethylene terephthalate), so-called rPET' for a total support amount of PLN 9,415,935.37. Furthermore, innology's services regarding the financial settlement of the granted grant were performed flawlessly, which resulted in the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) accepting all payment claims along with the final report.
