1. Comprehensive advisory services throughout the funding application process for the implementation of two projects:

• "Development and Implementation of Flaxseed Extract and Fiber as Natural Products Enabling the Reduction of Food Additives Used in the Food Industry" under the FENG SMART Path programme, with total costs of PLN 14,669,976.72 and funding granted of PLN 6,886,978.90.

• "Natural Flavoring Substances Obtained from Meat Raw Materials Subjected to Enzymatic Hydrolysis" under the POIR Fast Track programme, with total costs of PLN 13,224,452.53 and funding granted of PLN 7,912,682.20.

2. Conducting training preparation for the interview with the expert panel, along with the representation of our consultant during the panel.

3. Financial settlement of the granted grants.

In response to the client's needs, we prepared complete application documentation necessary for effectively applying for co-financing of an R&D project. Our activities included not only a precise description of the planned R&D work, but also the preparation of a number of analyses required by the funding institution — including a market assessment of implementation opportunities, identification of innovative elements, profitability calculation, as well as a detailed budget and description of the client's organizational resources. As a result, the submitted application stood out for its high substantive and formal quality, which was confirmed by the decision to award the full amount of support. The client's project received funding that will enable the achievement of its planned business objectives.
