inkBOOK specializes in developing new solutions based on electronic paper (E Ink) technology. The company manufactures inkBOOK e-readers and creates comprehensive IT solutions to support e-reading, as well as specialized platforms for the distribution of e-books and other digital content.

1. Comprehensive advisory services throughout the funding application process for the implementation of projects:

  • "Creation of a Digital Content Distribution Management and Audience Preference Evaluation Platform Using Machine Learning Algorithms, Along with a Family of Mobile Terminals Based on Proprietary Human-Machine Interface Solutions Built on MOCT Sensor Technology Integrated with New-Type Reflective Displays Featuring a High Refresh Rate" under the FENG SMART Path programme, with total costs of PLN 11,976,116.38 and funding granted of PLN 8,294,502.88.

  • "Development of Terminals with an E Ink Technology Screen, Adapted for Data Transmission from Base Devices" under the POIR Fast Track programme, with total costs of PLN 5,638,771.54 and funding granted of PLN 3,864,414.16.

2. Conducting training preparation for the interview with the expert panel.

The client's business and technological assumptions were reflected in the application documentation, which consisted of a very comprehensive application containing elements such as a technological advantage analysis with an R&D work plan, an innovation analysis, a market analysis, a profitability analysis, a human and technical potential analysis, and a budget. Based on the prepared documentation, the company received a decision granting the full requested grant amount.

The cooperation between innology and inkBook resulted in securing EU funding in the amount of PLN 8,294,502.88 under the SMART Path of the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) programme for the project entitled: 'Creation of a Digital Content Distribution Management and Audience Preference Evaluation Platform Using Machine Learning Algorithms, Along with a Family of Mobile Terminals Based on Proprietary Human-Machine Interface Solutions Built on MOCT Sensor Technology Integrated with New-Type Reflective Displays Featuring a High Refresh Rate.' This was yet another time we cooperated with innology on the preparation of a funding application. Once again, their specialists stood out for their high level of commitment, and their vast knowledge proved invaluable during the preparation of the complex project documentation. Together with innology, we have secured a total of PLN 12,158,917.04 in funding for the implementation of two major R&D projects, which represents a 100% success rate. Based on their experience and professional background, we have also entrusted the company with supervising the correct financial settlement of the funding.
